Refund Policy

At Epic Marketing Global (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality B2B digital marketing and SEO services to our clients. Because of the digital and labor-intensive nature of our work, we have established the following Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before engaging our services.

1. Service-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of digital marketing, strategy development, and SEO services, refunds are generally not offered once work has commenced or a campaign has been launched.

Refunds for upfront payments may only be granted if no work has started and the client requests a cancellation in writing within 24 hours of the initial payment.

2. Monthly Retainers and Subscriptions

For ongoing month-to-month marketing or SEO services, clients are billed in advance for the upcoming month’s work. Clients may cancel ongoing services according to the termination clause in their specific service agreement (typically requiring a 30-day written notice). No pro-rated refunds will be issued for cancellations made in the middle of a billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees and costs are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Setup fees and onboarding costs

  • Consultation fees

  • Any completed deliverables or assets (e.g., website audits, content, graphics)

  • Third-party costs, including but not limited to search engine advertising spend (Google Ads), social media ad spend, media buys, and premium software/tool subscriptions purchased on the client’s behalf.

4. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While Epic Marketing Global employs industry best practices to improve your digital presence, search engine algorithms (e.g., Google) are proprietary and constantly changing. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, exact traffic volumes, or guaranteed financial returns (ROI). Dissatisfaction with campaign performance or ranking fluctuations does not constitute valid grounds for a refund.

5. Disputes and Resolutions

Client satisfaction is highly important to us. If you are dissatisfied with our services or a specific deliverable, please contact your account manager or reach out to us at support@epicmarketingglobal.com within 7 days of the service delivery. We will work diligently with you to resolve the concern, revise the deliverables, or pivot the strategy as appropriate within the scope of your agreement.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We expect clients to resolve any billing issues directly with us. Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card provider or bank without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a breach of our terms. Doing so will result in the immediate suspension or termination of all ongoing services, hosting, and ad campaigns, and may lead to legal action to recover the disputed funds and associated chargeback fees.
